Here is an Email from my Nana:
Regarding my improv show (which wasn’t great), that my dad forwarded to me:
“It is an interesting group, varying levels of talent but quite watchable. As you said, the first part was quite boring, but once they got rolling it was good, especially when Anne got on. She has a strong flair for heavy drama, maybe overdoes it a bit, but then this is not theatre, it is improv.
She is good at outraged indignation. And she got more than her fair share of laughs. She has excellent presence and projects very well.
Did I mention she is very pretty and has great hair and a nice personality?
I wonder if she took Communication classes in college that she might eventually get a TV spot announcing, doing commercials, whatever.”
MAYBE OVERDOES IT A BIT?! THANKS NANA. (She’s not wrong though, hahah).
My Nana always wants me to take Communication classes. I don’t know why she thinks those types of classes are going to SHOOT ME TO SHOWBIZ STARDOM, but she always mentions it, which I find funny.

I kind of really do want business cards, but I also don’t want people to have my email address or phone number.

My Room.
Occasionally, I will look around my room and be very pleased with it.
I like my room a lot because it is 100% me. Everything is where I put it. Everything is a decision I made.
And everything has something behind it. Especially the stuff on my walls. (And I have a lot of stuff). Everything that is up is a small representation of myself. And I like that very much.
Maybe because I am such an internal person, that’s why it pleases me so much to see parts of myself on the outside. Even though I am really the only person looking at it.
I just feel very lucky to have a space I can call my own, and can do my own thing with. My life often feels out of my hands, but at least I have my own room.

New video! I directed this music video for Tom Milsom’s track ‘Pipes’, from the upcoming album Organs. It was produced in just one week, from concept to finished product, and I’m very proud of it.

I haven’t usually liked “Youtube musician” (even though Julia Nunes and Greg Holden are some of my all time faves), THIS is very good, regardless of qualifiers. The actual video reminds me of something that Radiohead would do. (All 2 of the Radiohead videos I’ve seen).
It’s cool. I’d watch it.

Such beautiful homes. One day I hope to own a victorian house!
If I ever built a house, it would be a Victorian style house, but the inside would have like, better storage space, and a place to listen to podcasts in the shower. Also, no ghosts.
